Nokia OUT Leaders Program, LGBT+ talent development program, open to current and aspiring leaders from the global LGBT+ community at Nokia. This program also includes participants from Nokia’s ecosystem — customers, suppliers and business partners — to increase the impact onto the companies Nokia does business with every day.
