As part of its commitment to inclusion, Colt has taken meaningful steps to better support neurodivergent colleagues across the business. Informed by insights from #ChangeTheFace research, Colt identified a clear need to raise awareness and build allyship around neurodiversity.
In response, Colt rolled out a range of targeted initiatives—including educational toolkits, manager training, awareness events, and investments in assistive technology. These actions have helped create a more supportive and informed environment for all employees.
