EQUALS Her Digital Skills: Building the Next Generation of Equal Talent in Tech

90% of future jobs will require digital skills.

To address this challenge GSMA has partnered with the International Telecommunications Union, EY and Women’s WorldWide to design and provide access to free training and e-mentoring for one million women and girls by 2026 though the Her Digital Skills Initiative powered by the EQUALS Global Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age.
