Ericsson’s Experiment: Incorporating DEI into Decision-Making
Whilst diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is progressing in the workplace, DEI isn’t always at the forefront of decision-making. The article authors suggest this problem could be addressed by making DEI more obvious to managers ahead of key consequential decision such as hiring, promotions and performance evaluation.
